Our History

 

Nati Rox Royal Empire President and Founder Sibe Mokonyane had spent years working for a BPO (business process outsourcing)  company and was becoming increasingly frustrated with being limited to providing only the solutions that her single company could offer. She frequently worked with clients who had needs that didn’t always align with what her BPO could provide, putting her in the no-win position of either selling a service that wasn’t an exact fit or sending the client on their way – in many cases to have the same conversation with their next prospective partner.

 

She knew that the best relationships between organizations and their outsource partners are the relationships where the two companies are a perfect fit. She also knew that finding that elusive BPO is often like finding a needle in a haystack, and she knew there had to be a better way.

Creating that “better way” was the catalyst for the creation of Nati Rox Royal Empire. Sibe realised that if her company could establish a network of BPO providers and do a deep dive into what each one did extraordinarily well, she could help clients bypass the vetting process and skip ahead to selecting the right partner from a list of prospects that were already qualified.

 

In 2013, Sibe started Nati Rox Royal Empire in her rented bachelor in Yeoville, Johannesburg she use to assist SME's with minor administration and assiting them in their businmess compliances. In 2019, she then registered the business. The same year she added one key employees and began to lay the groundwork for success relying heavily on whiteboards and hand-written notes.

 

Many companies rely on handshakes at trade shows or a Google search to build their shortlist of vendor options. But neither of these methods takes the company’s actual needs and requirements into account. Nati Rox Royal Empire was determined to put key requirements at the forefront of the call center search and selection process, so we created a database that contains vendor details for over 50 data points. This created the ability to quickly retrieve a list of outsource call centers that match the exact specifications of the client.

 

As it turned out, this process was exactly what the industry needed. As a result, the company has grown rapidly.

Today, Nati Rox Royal Empire operates out of a high-rise Regus Offices building, and the team has grown to over 15 full-time employees – including the one who were there from the start.
